Description

Waldschmidt Hall, originally named West Hall, was built in 1891 as the first building on campus. Since then it has undergone minor renovations in 1901, 1929, 1948 and 1957. After one hundred years of continued use, a major renovation was begun in 1991 thanks especially to leadership gifts from the Silvio Garaventa family and from Mr. and Mrs. Maurie Clark.
