The campus dining facility for the entire university community: faculty, staff, students, and Holy Cross priests and brothers. Constructed in 1959, remodeled and renovated 2009-2010. Fedele Bauccio '64, '66 MBA — the founder and CEO of Bon Appétit Management Company -- led the remodel which added 14,000 square feet, including the fireplace, and (the sometimes sunny) outside patios, and expanded 'Quiet Side' study space.

Fun Facts

  • As an undergraduate, Fedele Bauccio worked in the cafeteria washing pots, pans, and dishes. Of course, he complained about the food and thought he could do better.
