Franz River Campus, 2015 -
Franz River Campus is a 35-acre expansion of the campus on the Willamette River waterfront, which includes the Walter E. Nelson Facilities Services building (2022), Rowing Center & Boathouse, and E.L. Weigand Environmental Lab (2023), Tom & Meg Names Sand Volleyball Courts (2024), and soccer fields (2018).

- Facilities Services maintains the physical needs of the University of Portland Campus, which covers 150 acres of land, 40 institutional buildings, and about 38 adjacent rental house properties.
- Facilities Services was formerly located in the now-demolished/reimagined Physical Plant Building, where the Shiley Marcos Center for Design & Innovation is located today.
